Terms & Conditions
We require full payment for all spa day packages and overnight stay. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For other spa bookings, we require a 50% deposit and the remainder of the balance can be made on the day.
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment. We recommend up to 15 minutes in advance so you can change into your robe (optional) and complete a treatment consultation form.
Please be advised that late arrival will result in the reduction of your treatment time. Your treatment time is an estimated time slot. This includes a verbal consultation with your therapist at the start and end of your appointment.
Food and Drink
Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drink for consumption within the spa premises, without direct consent from the Leisure Club Manager.
Please respect other spa guests privacy on your visit. Within our relaxation areas, please try to moderate your noise so other guests are not disturbed. Smoking is strictly prohibited and mobile phones are restricted in the pool area.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice prior appointment cancellation.
Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will be charged at the full cost of the appointment.
What to Wear
You will be provided with robe, towel and slippers if you have booked a spa package or treatment. We have varied sized robes, please ask a member of the beauty staff if you require a specific size. Swimwear must be worn at all times in the leisure facilities. Please change out of wet swimwear for your treatments and keep undergarments on underneath your robe.
We provide keys for lockers in the changing rooms. Please ask for a key at reception and lock and return key at the end of your visit. For security reasons, we request all guests store all personal belongings in the lockers provided. Any personal items left In lockers will be removed at the end of the day and placed into lost property. Oriel Beauty accepts no responsibility for loss or damaged valuables whilst on the premises.
